- More than 7 working days prior – 100% refund
- 7 to 4 working days prior – 75% refund
- 3 working days or less prior – no refund
- Non-attendance will be treated as a late cancellation and no refunds or credits will be issued
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 working days or may be held as a credit for future events
