Ebrahim is the founder of Sterling Invest (a boutique, CAT II discretionary investment manager) where he fulfils a senior portfolio manager role. He is also the managing director and senior financial advisor of Bobats Wealth Solutions (a 94-year-old wealth management business). Combined, Sterling Invest and Bobats employ 17 people and look after over R 3 billion in assets. Ebrahim and both businesses are Durban-based but serve clients around the world.

Ebrahim is a CA(SA) and CFA Charterholder with 12 years of diverse financial services experience spanning audit, tax, investment management, and financial planning. His experience and ongoing extensive involvement in both discretionary investment management and financial planning make him an indispensable partner for Sterling Invest and Bobats clients. 

Ebrahim has 3 kids and enjoys traveling. Ebrahim is also an avid golfer. He hits it long off the tee box but misses greens and putts for a living!
